DIY Infrared Saunas stand behind every product with warranty coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Refer to the warranty period chart below for component-specific terms.

Warranty Information
DIY Infrared Saunas warrant each product to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The length of the warranty period is determined by component type, as listed in the chart below.
Section 02
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers products manufactured by Infrared Sauna Guru and sold under the trade name DIY Infrared Saunas. The warranty period commences on the invoice date and is not transferable unless an extended warranty is purchased. Failure to provide the invoice number on a warranty claim will cause the warranty period to begin on the day the item was ordered.

Warranty Claims
A complete warranty claim must accompany all parts submitted to InfraredSaunaGuru for warranty consideration. The claim should contain all required information. Lack of proper information will result in denial of a warranty claim.
Section 04
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply if, in the sole judgment of Infrared Sauna Guru, the product has been subject to accident, faulty repair, improper adjustment, installation, lubrication, or wiring, neglect, or misuse; or failure is caused by a part not manufactured by Infrared Sauna Guru. This warranty shall not apply if any product is used for a purpose for which it is not designed, or altered in any way that adversely affects performance and reliability.

Warranty Terms
The obligation of Infrared Sauna Guru under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, as Infrared Sauna Guru deems most appropriate. This warranty does not apply to products or parts where adjustments will correct the alleged defect. Infrared Sauna Guru neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume on its behalf any other warranty or liabilities in connection with Infrared Sauna Guru products.
Important: This warranty does not apply to loss of equipment, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages. Infrared Sauna Guru shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or from the use of Infrared Sauna Guru products by the customer.
